Thank you for your purchase from my boutique. I hope you are happy with your purchase. I do not refund any purchases on my website (www.quianaj.com). Please make sure you read and select the exact products and sizes you want. All sales are final and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to me within 14 days of receiving your order so I can make it right.
To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item:

Include your full name, order number, and photos clearly showing the damage (e.g., torn shipping box, defective item, etc)
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Please note: This applies only to physical products damaged during the shipping process. Digital products, such as eBooks or downloads, are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
