Battling with Anxiety
This past week has been an emotional rollercoaster. In the midst of launching something in my brand for the women entrepreneurs, I have endured with two families, one who has experienced loss and one who is seeing victory.
Midweek, I began to notice myself sinking inside and realized that the loss that one family in my church experienced had triggered my emotions towards the loss of my sister. It was so weird because I had to seriously assess if I was simply sharing in the burden with them, spiritually sensing the weight of it as an intercessor when I was interceding for them, or if I still had some buried trauma from when I found my sister dead to substance abuse.
Although, I did discover what was real for me, it did produce some anxiety that I had to WORSHIP MY WAY THROUGH. I had to take off of work, cancel client sessions, and allow the true THERAPIST in Heaven to come see about a Sister and God did just that for me. He made all things clear for me.
But let me share something about anxiety.

I know I have in my lifetime but this is the revelation that God gave me. Check this out:
Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in the heart of a man causes DEPRESSION, but a good Word makes him glad.
That word DEPRESSION is the hebrew word Shachah which means "to bow down to worship, to prostrate oneself, to sink into".
Depression is NOT a feeling, it is a POSTURE. If you sit in your anxiety too long, you will begin building an altar towards your unresolved problems, POSTURING yourself to worship IT instead of the ONE who can reveal secrets that bring conclusion to it.
Your problem will never go away and will become a GIANT in your life until you SURRENDER and worship at the RIGHT altar.
The Bible says A GOOD WORD makes him glad. This is not a motivational word. This is not an inspirational word. This is a REVELATION about what is next for your life. Revelation elevates you to your proper seat - for you are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
Don't let your problems ground you. Worship your way to breakthrough.
