This retreat created a sacred space where God’s presence was tangible and His love was personal. It wasn’t just another event — it was an encounter. Through the sessions, worship, and quiet moments of reflection, I came face-to-face with my identity as a chosen daughter of the Father. The environment was safe, spirit-led, and divinely orchestrated. I was surrounded by women who became instant sisters — each of us carrying our own story, yet united by the same Father who was lovingly mending our hearts. This retreat reminded me that healing is not just about letting go of pain; it’s about remembering who you are — loved, seen, and chosen. Every Christian woman who desires wholeness, identity, and intimacy with God should experience what I did.

This convergence is hosted at an exclusive, private 3-level beachside home boasting 10-bedrooms, 17 beds, 11.5 baths. It is a new build with spectacular views of both the ocean and sunrises to the east and the bay and sunsets to the west. This space includes a heated indoor pool, a home theatre with an 85-inch smart TV, game room with an arcade, an elevator. It is beautifully situated and has direct access to the ocean.

If you are flying into Virginia, you will need to book flights to the Norfolk International Airport. The venue is about 45 minutes from the airport.

What part of the retreat impacted you the most and why?

The part of the retreat that impacted me the most was the moment I truly realized I am a chosen daughter of God—not by accident or circumstance, but by divine adoption. That truth pierced deep into my spirit. For years, I carried the quiet ache of feeling unseen and misunderstood, but during this retreat, I felt God’s presence wrap around me like a loving father saying, “I see you, I’ve always seen you.” In that sacred space, I released the weight of needing validation from people who couldn’t give what they didn’t have. I understood that my parents were simply the vessels God used to bring me into the world, but my true identity was always anchored in Him. I left the retreat standing taller, with peace in my heart and purpose in my steps—knowing that I was made on purpose, for a purpose. I am seen. I am chosen. I am His.

Every part. I entered the house shielded, protecting myself from possible assumed hurt (being rejected) and left free. Free from rejection, fear of rejection, feelings of inadequacy, and most important free from thinking God only loved certain parts of me and couldn’t protect me. I’ve been sleeping so good since I got back home. Lol.

Morning Glory!! God's presence was so present. He revealed some areas of my life that are holding me back from true freedom and rest. Really the entire retreat was life changing and so obviously orchestrated by God. OMG God is soo, so good.

Where do I start?! Morning glory, meal times, all three workshops, beach experience, etc. Morning glory really set the tone of my expectancy. The workshops tore me up! So much came to the forefront. I now know that the healing I sought after in the past was only surface scratching. It took this retreat to bring everything from deep down inside of me to the forefront! I felt HEARD! I feel LIBERATED. I feel REVIVED!
Were there any areas of the retreat that you feel could be improved?

No, they were well thought out and just built and connected. The only thing is you just wanted more and not ready to go home.

No. Everything about this retreat felt divinely orchestrated. From the sessions to the setting, it all flowed with a peace and purpose that only God could arrange. The environment itself carried His presence — gentle, safe, and sacred. What touched me most were the divine connections. I received affirmations from complete strangers who now feel like sisters — women who spoke life into places of my heart that had been waiting to be seen and embraced. It was as if God handpicked each person to remind me that I am not alone and that sisterhood is a part of His healing plan for me. I left knowing that every detail — every conversation, every moment — was intentionally crafted by the Father to remind me that I am chosen, loved, and surrounded by His daughters.

This was a one of a kind retreat. The food was amazing and God did with the schedule what He wanted done. The ice breakers were a great start as many of us were meeting in person for the first time. The workshops hit me to the core. God released what ever was holding me back from journaling. The white event with communion was amazing. I truly can't think of anything, but will let you know if something comes up.

I loved everything especially the workshops and no phone rule. That definitely helped me stay present. I had nothing to escape to when fear crept in.
How has this retreat influenced your perspective on your identity?

I honestly do not have the words to utter. I feel like a whole new daughter of God. I see myself from a different lens. I have gained my confidence back with God and myself.

That I am His Daughter and to not forget that. I don't have to fight for the Father's love but just embrace it and receive it. That He loved me so much He didn't want me to allow past hurts, beliefs about myself, disappointments, life circumstances, and pain to give me a false sense of who I am in Him. As His daughter, I don't have to do it on my own just follow His lead and Be still and know that He is God.

This retreat has completely redefined what it means for me to be a daughter of God. Before coming here, I knew it in my mind — but now, I feel it deep in my spirit. I no longer see myself as the little girl who had to earn love or prove her worth. I see myself as God’s beloved daughter — chosen, adopted, and delighted in. In the stillness of this retreat, God spoke to the places in me that had been longing for a father’s embrace. He reminded me that He has always been there — seeing me, hearing me, understanding me even when others couldn’t. I’ve come to rest in His presence, knowing that my identity isn’t based on my past or my parents, but on His love and His calling. Now when I look in the mirror, I don’t just see me — I see His daughter, one who was created on purpose, for a purpose. This truth gives me peace, confidence, and a quiet joy. I walk away knowing I am chosen, seen, and deeply loved by my Father.

I am His daughter and I am safe with Him. Before I would say “I’m the daughter if the Most High, and He take great care of me”…. But I honestly was just speaking about physical or material things. The retreat sealed me as His, and reminded me that I’m not just provided for but I’m protected. I am SAFE with God.
What was your biggest takeaway or moment of breakthrough from this retreat?

I would the last session on independence. When Pastor Queen started rocking with the doll and just began to speak to the little girl my God. I tried to whole it back but I couldn't. I had to release her. The crowning was powerful.

My biggest moment of breakthrough came through a story — a simple, yet powerful message from God that used a Cabbage Patch doll. As Quiana began to share, she held the doll gently in her hand and something inside of me began to tremble. Her narration showed me how the doll represented the little girl inside of me — the one who still longs to be held, chosen, and seen,” something broke open within me. In that moment, I saw myself. That doll became the perfect picture of my inner child — the part of me that had been waiting for years to be acknowledged and embraced. Tears began to fall as I realized God was using that simple illustration to tell me, “Daughter, I’ve been holding you all along.” It wasn’t just a message — it was a divine encounter. The narration, the physical act, the tenderness of that moment — it reached places words alone could never touch. I felt years of hidden pain lift as the truth of His love took root in my heart. I walked away knowing that healing had begun, and that my Father delights in every part of me — even the little girl who once felt forgotten.

Breaking free of the rejection and abandonment from childhood and receiving the gift of tongues that the enemy had me questioning my worth

I am SAFE with God. And I’m not invisible.
The presence of God was undeniable. The atmosphere was heavy in the best way. It was tangible, holy, and impossible to ignore. You could feel the shift the moment you walked in.
Healing and deliverance unfolded naturally. Nothing forced. Nothing sensationalized. Chains broke as truth met honesty and women encountered God right where they were.
Tears flowed freely. We cried together not from emotional overload, but from release, grief, relief, and finally being seen and feeling safe enough to let the little girl respond.
Some received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It wasn’t on the agenda. God took over. It was holy, spontaneous, and life-marking and yes, we’re making room for that again.
Our bellies were blessed. Shared delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner became moments of laughter, rest, and connection because nourishment matters, body and soul.
Women arrived guarded and left lighter. Walls came down. Armor was laid aside. Freedom showed up in real time.
No one left the same. Perspective shifted. Identity was clarified. Something broke, and something new began.
We went deep into rejection and abandonment. We named how it shows up in our lives, relationships, and faith — and vulnerability replaced pretending.
A real sisterhood was formed. What started at the retreat turned into monthly meetups and ongoing connection that didn’t fade once the weekend ended.
We’re still talking about it. The fruit remains. The conversations continue. The impact didn’t stay in the room, it followed us home. We wanted more.

If I had one word to describe
what took place in me in Heirs + Daughters,
I’d say revival!
Last November, I felt like I had hit a wall spiritually. I needed help addressing issues that I’d carried for years, afraid of what would come up if I were to remove the band aids from those wounds. And then I saw a Facebook post from Quiana. I’d seen several posts prior but wasn’t sure if it was really for me. And then during the last week before the doors to Heirs and Daughters were closing, she made a final post that spoke straight to my heart. I signed up immediately and I am so glad I did.
This past year has been nothing short of transformative. If I had one word to describe what took place in me in Heirs + Daughters,, I’d say revival. I have been given the tools to work through some deep issues I thought I’d never come to understand or overcome. Tools that go beyond self-help. Quiana showed me how to engage in the fight for my life using God’s Word and being led by His spirit. I’ve learned how to set proper boundaries, how to pray intentionally and specifically, and how to ask God the right questions. I am no longer intimidated in my private worship time with God. The deep dive sessions really helped me to approach God with a delight and curiosity that has enriched my relationship with Him. The way a daughter should.
