Marbeth Rose is the CEO & Chef of Dinner with Marbeth, a meal prep, catering, private chef, & food delivery brand based in Richmond, VA that provides a personalized fine dining experience. Marbeth, originally from Lynchburg, SC watched her mother and grandmother cook and fell in love with the art, the smell, and the taste of food as well as the memories that are birthed around families at the dinner table.

Marbeth Rose is an urban, unique Kingdom woman who loves to make simple dishes as well as sophisticated dishes. She likes to experiment with making her own sauces, gellies, seasonings, etc.

As an alum of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, her experiences are a collective mashup of southern & eclectic cuisines. Therefore, she wanted her brand to reflect simplicity & warmth and have a digital place where she can showcase her creations & provide services. The result of her brand strategy is represented in her logo concept as a plate with the letter M and her color palette which speaks to comfort food in a Fall season.
